Clan Hannigan is a family band playing wonderful Celtic music. They play traditional instruments, including Uilleann (Irish) pipes, Whistles, Fiddle, Bodhran, Cittern, Nyckelharpa and Guitar. Steafan & Saskia’s daughters, Eile and Ayisha, sing and Irish dance, and son Oisin plays percussion and is a monster bodhran player.
Steafan Hannigan has worked in over twenty countries, recorded on over eighty albums and played live in places as diverse as Syria, Sudan, Jordan, Greece, India, and Turkey. Saskia Tomkins, one of the best fiddlers in the area, and was awarded All-Britain Champion for Irish music.
