The Ladies Fitness will have their last class before on Monday December 18th 2017. We will start again on Thursday, January 4th. A reminder we start at 8:45 on Monday, 9:00 a.m. on Thursday and we stay for tea/coffee on Thursday now instead of Monday.
Ladies Fitness continues to meet Mondays & Thursdays at 9 a.m. for an hour of cardio, stretching, toning, weights, resistance bands and some Pilates. This is a self-lead group that has been meeting for decades at the hall to keep fit. We welcome new members, no experience necessary just a desire to improve your fitness level. Community Club Membership required for this free session (we can sign you up).
