The Fitness Group will take the Summer off! Our last meeting is May 17th at 9 a.m.
We will resume our regular days, Monday at 8:45 – 9:45 and Thursday 9:00 to 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, September 20th.
Ladies Fitness continues to meet Mondays & Thursdays at 9 a.m. for an hour of cardio, stretching, toning, weights, resistance bands and some Pilates. This is a self-lead group that has been meeting for decades at the hall to keep fit. We welcome new members, no experience necessary just a desire to improve your fitness level. Community Club Membership required for this free session (we can sign you up).
