Summer Session: Fitness Group continues to meet Thursdays at 9 a.m. for an hour of cardio, stretching, toning, weights, resistance bands and some Pilates. We welcome new members, no experience necessary just a desire to improve your fitness level. You must be a EMCC member for this free session.

NIA Fitness Class
Classes re not running in the summer. Stay tune for September Monday evening class resumption, 5:45pm – 6:45pm at community hall. NIA combines dance, martial arts and healing arts to create a class that is challenging and pleasurable. Membership required, donations accepted. Table Tennis will resume in September at which time we are playing every Wednesday evening. Juniors start at 7:00pm, all others at 7:30. Community Club Membership required (we can sign you up). Cost is only $10/half season. All ages, genders and skill sets very welcome. All you need to bring is a pair of soft soled shoes to change into. Membership required.
