Both an audio-visual presentation and a hands-on workshop, Maintain Your Brain as You Age is packed full of fascinating information about how your brain works and how to keep it tuned up and functioning its best for the rest of your life.
Jill Simpson works with both the Alzheimer and MS Societies and is the developer of the Body, Mind, and Movement Program for Brain Fitness. Throughout the evening she will share numerous practical tips for creating a healthy and vibrant lifestyle as we age.
