Once the coordinator has confirmed your dates you can return to this page and click on the here to pay your deposit or mail a cheque to Eden Mills Community Club, 104 York St, Eden Mills, ON, N0B 1P0.
Your deposit is allocated as $125 damage deposit, $75 cleaning deposit or in the event of cancellation $200 cancellation fee. The deposit is refunded in full after the event if there is no damage and the renter completes the clean-up checklist. However in the event of cancellation, if notice is NOT received within two weeks of the reservation being confirmed or six weeks prior to the event, the deposit is the cancellation fee.
